What if we don’t have our data ready?

We’ll guide you on simple formats. You can start with minimal data and still get great results. Not all Agents need data, only those requiring specific background information.

Can I pick the Agent on the day?

No — we build your Agent before the day based on your form. That’s what makes it possible to deliver in one day.

If you want something more complex, we have our AI Workflow Agents that may suit better.

What if we want more than one Agent?

We offer add-ons or full AI Toolkits if you’re ready to go bigger. AI Done IN A Day is your first step.

Can you do it remotely?

Yes. While onsite is ideal, we also offer full remote delivery with live Zoom sessions and screen-sharing.

Is it compliant with Australian privacy regulations (including APPs)?

Yes. We operate in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Your data is only used for the purpose of building and testing your Agent, and is never shared, sold, or stored beyond what’s necessary for the service delivery.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use trusted platforms (like Relevance.ai and secure cloud storage) that meet enterprise-grade security standards. Data access is strictly limited and protected using authentication and encryption protocols.

Where does the Agent reside? How do I access it?

You can choose to host the Agent on your own Relevance.ai account or we can host it for you under a secure, private login. You'll receive a direct access link, credentials (if hosted by us), and a quick-start guide to use it immediately.

Who pays for recurring costs?

We cover AI Agent reasonable-usage costs, which we will discuss when the actual Agent is defined, and we also cover hosting and security. All Agents require a ChatGPT or Google Gemini membership. We recommend you have your own, we will integrate the Agent with it. Or we can handle it for a small fee.
